With a semi-dry entry on the palate, with refreshing tropical fruit and zesty lime acidity.
Tasting Notes: Citrus, white peach and jasmine flower notes on the nose. Riesling ages well but can also be enjoyed in the next couple of years.
Recommended food pairings: Thai, Cape Malay cuisine and chili-based dishes make a delightful partner for this wine, as the sweetness balances out the hot spiciness. Riesling also goes down a delight with Fairview’s goats milk Camembert cheese.
Approximately 50,000 twelve bottle cases are produced under the Fairview label annually. Seventy percent of Fairview's production is exported, with the company's leading export markets being the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Germany.
