Tasting Notes: Perfume of violets, black pepper and red cherry on the nose. The palate has flavours of fresh cranberry and baking spices with fine tannin and a savoury finish. This wine will benefit from 2 to 3 years of bottle maturation.
Recommended food pairings: Pair with game – especially ostrich fillet. A compliment to any meal.
Approximately 50,000 twelve bottle cases are produced under the Fairview label annually. Seventy percent of Fairview's production is exported, with the company's leading export markets being the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Germany.
