Tasting Notes: Aromas: This red wine has concentrated aromas of candied red and black fruits, hints of Mediterranean herbs, and smoky undertones. Palate: The palate is velvety, dense, and embracing. Serving Temperature: The ideal serving temperature is 16ºC.
Recommended food pairings: Pair with white or red meat dishes.
Bodega Cerrón is a family project located in one of the highest areas of the Jumilla DOP, La Muela, at 1050 meters above sea level. We work the entire vineyard organically with some plots biodynamically, seeking to achieve more vertical and expressive wines.....We are currently three brothers belonging to the fourth generation of winegrowers and winemakers. After spending several years training and traveling to various wine regions to increase our understanding of this world, we decided to start the current project of Bodega Cerrón.
