Limited Release Mourvedre

Made from single vineyard vines growing in decomposed granite rock soils with characterful bush vine sites yield fruit of distinctive depth.

Tasting Notes: This is a full-bodied wine with ripe, soft blackberry fruit flavours and a smokey undertone. Well balanced with a rounded tannin structure and complemented by a hint of spice.

Recommended food pairings: Enjoy meaty dishes with lots of umami like beef short ribs, pork shoulder, barbeque, lamb, and pork sausage – perfected when using lavender, rosemary and thyme.
