Classic Bordeaux blend, aged 18 months in barrique.
Tasting Notes: Core aromas are black currants, blackberry, bell pepper, notes of cedar and black chocolate, and a hint of graphite. In the mouth, it’s powerful, and intense, with dense tannins.
Recommended food pairings: Long-cooked red meats, oxtail, venison, meat barbecues.
