Extremely spicy and refreshing Bordeaux-style white blend.
Tasting Notes: tropical notes of gooseberry and lime. Green pepper and Japanese wasabi vivid spiciness, freshly cut grass and a touch of asparagus. The palate is lively, crispy and leads to an intense finish with minerality and spices.
Recommended food pairings: Tropical salads, mildly spicy curry, fish and poultry in tasty, spicy sauces.
